1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pressmark platform, API, ChatGPT Actions, Custom GPTs, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) services ("Pressmark", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pressmark provides an automated vector document generation platform and high-performance compilation runtime. The Service enables users to format, preview, synthesize, and export publication-grade PDF and PNG business documents, including invoices, billing statements, cost estimates, payment receipts, independent contractor agreements, commercial leases, and non-disclosure agreements.

3. Intellectual Property & Document Ownership

You retain 100% full, exclusive ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to all documents, invoices, text, data, and logos you compile through Pressmark.

Pressmark claims no ownership interest in any user content or synthesized output. You are free to distribute, commercialize, print, transmit, and execute all generated documents without payment of royalties to Pressmark.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Pressmark to:

Generate fraudulent, deceptive, or forged invoices, receipts, or financial statements.
Impersonate any individual, government entity, financial institution, or corporate body.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, payload guards, or security controls.
Distribute unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access or block API keys for any user violating these provisions.

5. Subscriptions, Microtransactions & Refunds

Certain features, including unwatermarked vector PDF exports, custom branding palettes, and dedicated high-throughput generation, are available via paid subscriptions or single-document unlock passes.

Billing: Recurring subscriptions and microtransactions are billed in advance via Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via the billing portal. Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Single document passes and monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once compilation quota has been consumed, except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Legal & Tax Advice

Pressmark is a document formatting and vector rendering technology. Pressmark does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or statutory regulatory advice.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all tax rates, VAT numbers, legal notices, and compliance clauses in your generated documents satisfy the statutory requirements of your relevant jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESSMARK AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
